Dr Manning was born in New York and raised in California where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Art from California State University, Fullerton, worked in a dental laboratory and earned her Registered Dental Assistant license. From there, dentistry became her passion as it was the perfect blend of art and science. She relocated to Portland, Oregon where she attended Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry earning both her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene and her Doctor of Medical Dentistry in Dentistry. Dr. Manning continues to expand her knowledge in dentistry through continuing education and the Mini Residency Program on Implant Dentistry through Becon Oral and Maxilofacial Surgeons. When not in the office, Dr. Manning can be found attending Sunday Mass at St. James Catholic Church, enjoying gardening and taking care of her home, weight training and learning to become proficient with her new 22 Caliber Ruger.
